PURPOSE: The City of Columbus requires support and maintenance of Bitwarden software. Only authorized Bitwarden
resellers or distributors may respond to this bid. The City intends to award to a single vendor who can provide all of the
items detailed in this specification. The Bitwarden renewals contact is Sean Byrne (sbyrne@bitwarden.com).
The term of this agreement shall be from 12/09/2026 to 12/08/2027.

BIDDING INSTRUCTIONS:
Vendors are required to bid a unit price for each item. Partial bids will not be accepted. A City of Columbus Standard
Technology Service Agreement between the winning bidder and the Department of Technology will be required,
