Contractor will develop a framework and accompanying guidebook that will help administering agencies of California Climate Investments evaluate the impacts of their programs and funded projects. California Climate Investments encompasses dozens of programs that fund projects such as, transportation infrastructure, affordable housing, environmental resilience, household energy-efficiency, and more. The completed evaluation framework and guidebook will therefore reflect the diverse evaluation needs and goals of California Climate Investments programs.
