NOTICE OF INTENT: The Medical Readiness Contracting Office - West, JBSA Fort Sam Houston, TX intends to award on a Limiting Competition sole source basis, a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Elevate Healthcare Inc, to provide qualified personnel, services, materials, equipment, supplies and facilities necessary to perform timely preventive maintenance and repair to the HPS964 and the HPS010 human patient simulators, in support of US Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing (USAGPAN), U.S. Army Medical Center for Excellence, Fort Sam Houston, Texas.
