Replace Elevator, DLA Distribution Building B159. The work includes replacement of a hydraulic passenger elevator and incidental related work.
The procurement method is Sealed Bidding.
The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220, Commercial and Institutional Building Construction with a Small Business Size Standard of $45,000,000.00.
This is a new procurement. It does not replace an existing contract. No prior contract information exists.
Per DFARS 236.204, the project magnitude is estimated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

The proposed contract listed here is 100 percent small business set-aside. The Government will only accept offers from small business concerns.
Offerors shall submit with their offer a bid bond equal to 20 percent of the bid price or $3,000,000, whichever is less for Construction Wage Rate Requirement (CWRR) (formerly known as Davis Bacon Act (DBA)) work.
There will not be a solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this synopsis or any follow-up information requests.
