Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to develop affordable housing at the former Watson Lane Elementary School, at 7201 Watson Lane, Louisville KY 40272, transforming an underutilized property into safe, affordable, and quality housing. This housing development is a key component in the Louisville Metro Government’s (LMG) My Louisville Home plan, a comprehensive housing strategy to create and preserve 15,000 units of affordable housing by 2027.
