Description
The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners will accept Asphalt quotes until 2:00 p.m. on October 30, 2024 at which time they will be opened for review for the following material:
¿ Rec4.75mm(Gmix)-SP-Gp2-Lime
¿ Rec9.5mm(Fmix)-SP(TP1)-Gp2-Lime
¿ Rec9.5mm(Hmix)-SP(TP2)-Gp2-Lime
¿ Rec12.5mm(Emix)-SP-Gp2-Lime
¿ Rec19.0mm(Base/Binder)-SP-Gp2-Lime
¿ Rec25.0mm(Base/Binder)-SP-Gp2-Lime
¿ Bitum Tack Coat
Quote responses shall include pricing for a period of January 1, 2025 through December 31, 2025. The Successful bidder will be expected to sign a contract with Gilmer County. All questions should be directed to Ryan Steingruber at 706-635-4589 (rsteingruber@gilmercounty-ga.gov).
Each sealed quote package shall be clearly marked on the outside ¿Asphalt Quote¿ and submitted to the following address:
