Yearbook Services - RFQ #26-0004

Project Description: The School Board of Sarasota County (SBSC), Florida, is seeking sealed proposals from qualified companies to
establish a list of responsible and pre-qualified Contractor(s) to provide yearbook services to be used for the school
district wide. The awarded Contractor(s) shall provide services, as requested by the individual schools, based on their
specified needs. The intention of this RFQ is to provide elementary, middle, and high schools with a pool of qualified
companies from which to choose their school’s yearbook provider by negotiating for the best prices and additional
discounts from the chosen Contractor. The SBSC reserves the right to open this RFQ, as needed, to increase the pool
of qualified contractors, if deemed necessary by the SBSC. The offers will be evaluated by the District to determine
their eligibility under the terms and conditions of this RFQ. Regardless of the year the Contractor is added to the pool
of the qualified list, all awards will be terminated at the end of the contract term as stated within this RFQ.
