Description

Invitation for Bids, Solicitation No. W912QR26BA001, is issued for a construction contraction (Design/Bid/Build) for repair of the 37,000 SF Squadron Operations Facility, Building 7087, at Westover Air Reserve Base in Massachusetts. The contract duration is estimated at 519 calendar days from contract Administrative Notice to Proceed (NTP). Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.

TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This Invitation for Bid is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 236220- Commerical and Institutional Building Construction.

TYPE OF SET ASIDE: This acquisition is for full and open competition.

DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussions should it be deemed in the Government's best interest.
