Description:

The scope of work includes:

Approximately 480 linear feet (LF) of roadway improvements including but not limited to: hard surface demolition, installation of asphalt roadway surface, concrete and paver sidewalk(s), raised paver speed hump, and concrete curbing. Additionally, approximately 550 linear feet (LF) of storm sewer, including pipes, catch basins, and manholes will be constructed. An existing 10” DIP watermain of approximately 275 linear feet (LF) will be lowered to provide three feet (3’) of cover. Existing utilities will be adjusted to the new street surface grade.

Landscaping improvements include planting: 40 various trees, 220 various shrubs, along with potted plants, and 8,000 square feet (SF) of ground cover, including irrigation. Other amenity improvements include: park benches, trash receptable, bike racks and a crosswalk paver mural.
