Bid 25-106 Hayward Plunge Repair Project CIP 4-050.01

The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, localized repair of the structural deck, water intrusion mitigation and facility related improvements.

These include:

• Pool Resurfacing
• Pool deck waterproofing resurfacing including membrane and topping slab where damaged
• Removal of 3-meter diving board and fixed lifeguard chairs
• Resurfacing and repainting underside of roof deck and trusses.
• Mechanical Heater / De-humidifier replacement
• Path-of-Travel upgrades:

• Walkway from Public Right-of-Way to accessible entry
• Stair and Ramp Replacement
• Accessible parking upgrades.

A mandatory bidders’ conference will be held on August 21, 2025, at 10 a.m. and September 3, 2025, at 10 a.m.

on-site at Hayward Plunge, Address: 24176 Mission Blvd, Hayward, 94544.

Notice: Additional Pre-bid Meeting on September 11, 2025, at 10 a.m.

All bidders are required to sign in at ONE of the pre-bid conferences in order to bid the project. The on-site, in-person conference is expected to take approximately one hour. Failure to attend or tardiness will render bid/bidder ineligible.
