SiteXPro Subscription

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) intends to award a sole source order to ICE Mortgage Technology, Inc located at: 4420 Rosewood Dr STE 500, Pleasanton, CA 94588, for the acquisition of subscription to the Intercontinental Exchange’s SiteX Pro website. The purchase will be made using procurement procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) FAR 6.302-1 – Only one responsible source; or brand name specification.

The proposed contractor developed and owns the propriety record information, including deeds, from all states in one place. The website/software has a service that will retrieve copies of the records from the county and provide a digital copy, services specifically required for this acquisition. Furthermore, the contractor has a tool that can be used for generating leads based on property record information

This is not a request for competitive proposals. Potential sources who believe they can provide the service listed above are invited to submit a capability package in writing to Hassan.A.Villalba@irs.gov no later than 11:59 AM CST on Monday, April 28, 2025.
