Common excavation and site grading
Supply and placement of topsoil, seed, and establishment of weed‑free, vigorous grass
Construction of new dugout structures including helical piles, structural steel, and chain link components
Installation of new chain link fencing and backstops
Site furnishings, signage, and related amenities
Delivery of complete as‑built drawings
The successful bidder will enter into a CCDC 4 – Unit Price Contract.
