Invitation to Bid: Biosolids Management Services

The Western Virginia Water Authority (Authority) (Owner) is requesting Bids for the work of the

following Project: Biosolids Management Services for the Roanoke Regional Water Pollution Control Plant

Bids for the Work of the Project will be received at the Authority’s Roanoke Regional Water Pollution

Control Plant, 1502 Brownlee Avenue, SE, Roanoke, VA, 24014, until November 10, 2026 at 2:00 pm

local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read

The Project includes the following Work:

• Management, removal, transportation, and beneficial reuse or disposal of digested Biosolids
  
  located at the Water Pollution Control Plant lagoon(s), and all required and associated work as
  
  described in the Specifications.

Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
