THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP). Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.

PURPOSE AND BACKGROUND.
The purpose of this Solicitation is to provide one (1) Yanmar ViO55 mini excavator with true zero tail swing and climate-controlled cab, or State Approved Equal, to be used for Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA).  A Responder offering an approved equal must provide information to the State for evaluation no later than the date and time listed below under SUBMITTING QUESTIONS, and also in Section 1, Step 1 Instructions to Responders.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to bryan.stusse@state.mn.us, no later than June 16, 2025, 3:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the solicitation facilitator listed above may result in rejection of the response. Responder(s) offering an approved equal must provide information to the State for evaluation. The information must be received no later than the date and time listed above.
