Description
Department of Veterans Affairs
The Department of Veterans Affairs is considering awarding a succeeding lease using other than full and open competition for the Charlottesville II CBOC, an existing lease, located in Charlottesville, VA. The current lease is expiring July 23, 2026.

East: Intersection of Peter Jefferson Parkway and Richmond Rd
West: Intersection of Richmond Rd and South Pantops Drive

Minimum ABOA: 10,000
Maximum ABOA: 10,000

Space Type: CBOC

All services, supplies, utilities, and tenant alterations to be provided as part of the rental consideration. Occupancy of the space is required on or before July 24, 2026. Lease term will be 5 years; 3-year firm fixed price with additional 2 one - year soft terms.

The Department of Veterans Affairs is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous; otherwise, the department of Veteran Affairs intends to pursue a sole source lease acquisition with the current Lessor located at 590 Peter Jefferson Parkway, Charlottesville, VA 22911.

The Department of Veterans Affairs will consider the cost of moving, tenant improvements, etc., when deciding whether the Charlottesville II CBOC should relocate.
