Fox Hollow Flood Repair

Project Description: Snow melt runoff in the early summer of 2023 caused flood damage to two structures in the American Fork River within the Fox Hollow Golf Course in American Fork. The project includes installing a concrete ramp and repairing and installing a corrugated metal pipe culvert in the American Fork River at Fox Hollow Golf Course. Concrete ramp work includes stream alteration, bank stabilization and other bank improvements, including placement of rip-rap and grouted rip-rap. Culvert work includes headwall and energy dissipator repair, culvert installation and retrofit, and placement of rip-rap. Other aspects of the work include landscaping restoration and fence installation. There are two separate bid tables for this project for funding purposes.
A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held in the conference room at the Fox Hollow Golf Club banquet room, located at 1400 N 200 E, American Fork. The pre-bid conference will be on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at 3:00 p.m. The purpose of this conference will be to discuss questions bidders may have on the project and clarify the intent of the plans and specifications. In case of emergency where an in-person meeting is not possible, an online meeting link will be posted on U3P prior to the meeting.
