Description
Canyon de Chelly National Monument (CACH) requires the removal of the building swamp cooler and furnace system and all support equipment of the system at the Mission 66 Housing. See attached specifications and drawings for additional information.

Attachment 3: Price List shall be completed and submitted with quote package.

Site Visit is scheduled for August 6, 2025 at 10:00am Arizona Time. Meeting Location Directions: Visitor Center is 3 mile east of HWY 191 on Indian Route 7. From Visitor Center continue on South Rim Road (Indian Rte 64) for .2 mile. Turn Right on IR 8172 for .5 mile. Turn left into NPS housing travel south for 200 ft and House #25 on Right.

Questions are due to lindsay_mclaughlin@nps.gov three (3) calendar days after the site visit. A consolidated list of Government responses to any questions submitted electronically will be posted as an amendment to this RFQ.

IAW Contract Clause FAR 52.228-13, Contractors are reminded that any amount awarded over $35,000.00 requires the submission of a Payment Bond. Bonds are due within ten (10) days of receipt of award.

IAW FAR 52.232-18, Subject to Availability of Funds, Additive Line items for this project are subject to availability of funds.

This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside.
