C25635001-Water Sample Testing Services for North Coast Redwoods District

The Department of Parks and Recreation, North Coast Redwoods District, is seeking qualified bids from contractors to provide all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary to perform all water testing as required by the California State Water Resources Control Board on samples provided by the North Coast Redwoods District. DPR representatives will be responsible for collecting water samples and delivering samples to the laboratory, unless the laboratory offers a pick-up service. Due to the remote areas of our parks and our district, the lab shall be located within one hundred (100) miles of the District Office located at 3431 Fort Ave, Eureka, CA 95503. Courier service is not requested and is not an acceptable mitigation to the 100-mile distance requirement. Drinking water samples must be tested within twenty-four (24) hours of collection and must be refrigerated if kept overnight, except for raw water samples which must be tested within six (6) hours of collection. Contractor is responsible for receiving the samples at their laboratory and performing analyses within the time frame specified above.
