The following is issued to supplement or revise the above-referenced Request for Qualifications/Request for Proposals. The revisions to the documents are described below. Unless specifically changed by this addendum, the remainder of the documents and specifications remain in effect as originally issued.

CLARIFICATIONS:
Answer: Sampling will be completed by KDOW and should be available for analysis by the selected firm upon award of contract. The selected firm will be given an update as to the availability of the data following contract award.
Answer: There is the potential for additional surveys, studies, etc. to be completed based upon need and as the budget allows through the life of the project. However, a definitive answer cannot be given until work begins and determination of needed studies are made.
Answer: The total amount of $113,000 will be used to cover all project expenses, including both the contract of the selected firm and an administrative services contract.
Answer: Yes, hand deliveries can be made to that address.
Answer: There are no “indirect charges” for this project to be outlined specifically in the budget. All funds are classified as contractual in the program budget as all work will be performed via a contract to be executed between the selected firm and the City and/or Fiscal Court.
As far as closeout goes, the selected firm will be expected to provide all required information and data as necessary to complete the final reporting/closeout requirements, but the ADD is contracted to perform all administrative duties, including the preparation and submittal of reports to KDOW.
