• Construction of ~285 m of new 300 mm diameter gravity sanitary sewer from existing manhole (MH) 294910, located approximately 20 m south of PS 131, to the North Edmonton Sanitary Trunk (NEST) located along 153 Ave NW via trenchless methods. Potential trenchless construction methods include hand tunnelling or pilot tube guided boring.
• Construction of three 1200 mm diameter manholes along the alignment complete with concrete protective linings and coatings.
• Construction of one 1800 mm diameter internal drop manhole along the alignment complete with concrete protective lining and coatings.
• Decommission and demolition of PS 131.
• Abandonment of the existing 150 mm diameter force main between PS 131 and the 97 St trunk.
• Abandonment of the existing 375 mm diameter overflow sewer from the 97 St trunk to the Beaumaris collection system including manholes, MH 294916 and MH 294852.
