Exterior Renovation of Lloydminster Dormitories and Building - REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL

It is the intent of this RFP to solicit proposals from vendors whose primary function is providing comprehensive exterior renovation services for the Spin Wheel Dormitories and Prairies Building at Lakeland College's Lloydminster Campus. The Spin Wheel Dormitories and Prairies Building require comprehensive exterior renovations to restore and enhance the buildings' aesthetic and functional performance.
This includes:
1.        Comprehensive exterior repainting of existing stucco;
2.        Replacement of intermediate bands, combining two adjacent bands;
3.        Replacement of mechanical vents and penetrations;
4.        Complete replacement of all windows (Prairies Building only);
5.        New caulking around windows and doors; and
6.        Replacement of downspouts.
