Description
The requirment is for installing an integrated access control and video entry system. It will control and monitor three separate entry points (front entrance, rear entrance, and warehouse door), with CAC authentication, video verification, magnetic locking, and remote unlocking capabilities.

Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and equipment necessary to install, configure, and test the following:

Access control on three doors: front entrance (double doors), rear entrance (double doors}, and warehouse door (single swing door).

Magnetic locks on all three doors; front and rear doors require magnetic locks due to removable center posts.

Hardwired video entry station at the main entrance with doorbell and camera.
-
Separate video camera and monitor for the warehouse door.
-
Secondary video monitor in Security Office to activate if front desk does not answer in a specified time.

One laptop computer with access control software for programming and system administration.

Neatly routed cabling: concealed above ceiling tiles in administrative areas and in exposed conduit in warehouse areas.

System fully integrated with existing DoD CAC credentials.

All hardware and software must be compatible with CAC/PIV credentials (capabilities to harvest CAC card for validation process).

Hardwired, non-Wi-Fi components preferred

Independent monitor view for warehouse camera
-
All work to be completed during regular duty hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

All products must be bought with a government approved product list.

All proposed systems must be capable of using existing DoD CAC infrastructure.
