Portage College

Portage College currently holds an electricity supply and retail services agreement at its facilities located within the city of Lac La Bich, Alberta. The current supply agreement expires January 31, 2026. The Request for Proposals (“RFP”) herein contained is inviting proposals from interested suppliers/retailers (“Proponents”) to serve its electricity supply and services requirements for up to a five (5) year term and has retained France Financial Consulting to assist with the request and evaluation of proposals. Portage College intends to select a service provider and may fix pricing on a significant portion of its electricity requirements for a period that may equal the term of the contract to secure its electricity costs within its budgetary objectives.
