The City of Springfield invites all interested, qualified persons or firms to submit proposals for performing on-call as needed, environmental monitoring services. Work will consist of environmental testing, monitoring, remediation and oversight in connection with City demolition and construction projects. The initial term of the Contract will be one year, but will contain two (2) one-year renewal options. RFP documents can be requested through the City's website or in person beginning on Wednesday, January 21, 2026. MA Prevailing Wages and Federal Davis-Bacon Wages will apply to this project.
