The Springfield Redevelopment Authority (SRA) is prequalifying firms interested in providing public CM at Risk services, pursuant to MGL 149A, for the Willow Street Parking Structure Project through this RFQ, and only prequalified firms will be invited to Phase II (RFP). The proposed site project consists of a 2 bay, 5 level precast parking structure with approximately 365-375 parking spaces. The garage will support existing parking patrons and parking for planned urban renewal developments in the immediate vicinity. The estimated construction cost is $25,000,000.
