Description

You are invited to submit a firm-fixed-price proposal in accordance with the attached Statement of Work, line items in RFP Section B (Supplies or Services and Prices/Costs), and the proposal preparation documents that have been provided.

Your proposal must be received no later than Tuesday, February 3, 2026 @ 5:00pm PT and be valid for 90 days after submission. Submissions must be provided with electronic files in PDF format.
