Synopsis
MoDOT seek qualified bidders to tear off existing shingled roof (single layer) and felt paper to existing roof sheathing. Discard all the debris off site in a proper manner. Install synthetic felt paper, continuous ice dam protection a minimum of 5’-0” starting from the roof edge over sheathing and install 26-GA prefinished metal sheet roofing (Horizon-Loc). MoDOT will receive bids electronically through MissouriBUYS, via mail, UPS, or FEDEX. It is required you contact the buyer of record via email at Michael. Yoder@modot.mo.gov five business days before bid closing if you intend to submit a hard copy bid. Site Visit attendance is required for bids to be accepted.
