Open & Competitive Opportunity
• Negotiated Request for Proposal
The City of Lloydminster (the City) is soliciting Proposals from qualified software vendors (Vendors) to provide a Human Resources Information System (HRIS) that meets the City’s operational and technical requirements, as outlined in this RFP. The City is seeking a comprehensive and configurable system that supports core human resource functions and offers the flexibility to integrate seamlessly with both existing and future ERP / financial systems.
This RFP is focused solely on the selection of HRIS software. A separate procurement process will be conducted at a later stage to identify a qualified System Integrator (SI) to support the implementation of the selected solution.
