Project Description: Notice is hereby given that Newtown Township, Delaware County, PA will receive sealed bids online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) until 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, December 18, 2025, for the following project:
Newtown Township 2026 Mowing Contract
Contract is for a 2-year term, with Township’s option to extend for 1, 2 or 3 additional 1-year terms.
All bidding documents will be available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 3, 2025.
Bids must be accompanied by an approved form of bid security equal to at least 10% of the total net bid price. A 100% Performance Bond will be required.
All bids received will be opened and immediately available online via the PennBid Program (www.PennBid.net) at 11:00 a.m., prevailing time on Thursday, December 18, 2025.
All bids shall be good for acceptance for at least sixty (60) days following receipt.
Instructions for scheduling an optional pre-bid visit to all areas listed for mowing on Thursday, December 11, 2025 can be found in the bid documents.
Newtown Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or parts thereof, for any cause whatsoever, and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the best interest of Newtown Township.
