This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the City of St. Albert (the “City”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Badger Lands Environmental Study , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”).

The City requires a qualified Contractor to assist in determining remediation requirements for the Badger Lands Snow Storage Site on Villeneuve Road (the Site) (Plan: 0525581 Block: 2 Lot : 1).  This will include the updating of a Subsoil Salinity Tool (SST), communication on behalf of the City with Alberta Environment and Protected Areas (AEPA) for the development of site-specific guidelines, and the development of a Remedial Action Plan (RAP).
