The purpose of this amendment is to increase the quantity from 3 units to 5 units and extend the closing date to 11 JUN 2025.
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
This solicitation will be using competitive procedures. Quotes may be emailedto the below address and must be received by 04:30PM EST on the closing date,listed in block 10 on page 1 of this solicitation:

Quotes received after the closing date are considered to be late and will notbe considered for award.
If only one acceptable quote is received in response to this solicitation,competitive procedures will shift to sole source negotiations.The Governmentintends to make a single award to the eligible, responsiblequoter whose quoteis technically acceptable and which
is determined mostadvantageous to theGovernment, price considered.
All contractual documents (i.e. contracts, purchase orders, task orders,delivery orders, and modifications) related to the instant procurement areconsidered to be "issued" by the Government when copies are either deposited inthe mail, transmitted by facsimile, or
sent by other electronic commercemethods, such as email. The Government?s acceptance of the contractorsproposalconstitutes bilateral agreement to "issue" contractual documents asdetailedherein.
Early and incremental deliveries accepted and preferred.
