2. Contract Structure and Value
The Government intends to award an Indefinite-Delivery Requirements contract incorporating Firm-Fixed-Price provisions. This structure provides the necessary flexibility for the Government to order services as needed while fixing the price per unit of service for the contractor. Period of Performance is structured to include a one-year base period commencing on January 1, 2027, and concluding on December 31, 2027.
