Description:

The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary for the
Replace Compressor and Dehydrator and 3-Year Maintenance - Hammerfield Fresno located
at Hammerfield Armory, 5575 E Airways Blvd, Fresno, CA 93727. Work to include: The
Contractor shall provide labor, materials, equipment, permits, and transportation to perform the
replacement Compressor and Dehydrator with an additional 3 years of maintenance services..
All work shall be in accordance with the terms, conditions, and requirements of this Invitation
for Bid (IFB). Bid submissions shall be emailed to PWC@cmd.ca.gov with the subject title BID
FOR EVENT# 34742 - DO NOT OPEN.
Prospective bidders MUST attend the mandatory pre-bid job walk on 3/26/2025, at 9:45 AM at
Hammerfield Armory, 5575 E Airways Blvd, Fresno, CA 93727. Arrive at least 15 minutes early
and bring business cards. Prospective bidders may obtain directions to the pre-bid job walk
site by contacting Nicole Jackson at Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov.
Prospective bidders MUST sign-in prior to the start of the pre-bid job walk, attend the entire
pre-bid job walk and be present for roll call at the conclusion of the pre-bid job walk. Bidders
who do not remain for the entire pre-bid job walk will be considered non-responsive and will
not be allowed to bid on this project.
The prime contractor MUST possess a type C-61/D-21 - Machinery and Pumps license, or
subcontract to one.
All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Nicole Jackson, at
Nicole.Jackson@cmd.ca.gov no later than 4:00 PM on 4/4/2025. Email subject lines must state
RFI FOR EVENT# 34742.
If an addendum is necessary, it will be issued prior to the Bid Opening. The bid opening will be
held on 4/18/2025 at 4:30 PM.
