TX-130 Northern Pipeline includes the installation of approximately 11.20 miles (59,300 ft) of 24-IN pipe, 3.60 miles (18,900 ft) of 16-IN pipe, and 1.60 miles (8,400 ft) of 12-IN pipe. Delivery pipeline will be situated within a 30-FT, obtained permanent easement along multiple private properties and crossing public and private roads. Work also includes the installation of butterfly valves, gate valves, blow-off valves, and combination air release/vacuum valves along the delivery pipeline. Fences and gates will be removed/demolished as part of the pipe installation and will be rebuilt/replaced as specified/detailed. Approximately 4,600 linear feet of trenchless jack and bores varying in sizes from 42”, 32”, and 24” steel casing will be installed under creeks, roadways, and varying utilities. Work will also cross several utilities that must be protected in place. The Work includes providing all necessary traffic control, site access, trench safety, permits, erosion and sedimentation control measures with storm water protection plan, site restoration, dewatering, and all other work included in the contract documents.
