NAVSEA ENTERPRISE RECRUITING MARKETING AND ADVERTISING SERVICES

The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Corona Division, is seeking information from potential, responsible sources that have an interest and capability to provide media buying services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW).

It is requested that all interested parties who can provide the required items respond with a Capability Statement. The Capability Statement shall include the following information:

(1) Company name, address, point of contact, CAGE code and UEI number.

(2) Business size for NAICS Code 541810.

(3) Estimated unit price and lead time for market research purposes.

(4) Industry commentary on the draft version of the SOW.

Responses of this notice shall be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist, Mia Barela, via email at maria.p.barela3.civ@us.navy.mil no later than 02:00 PM PDT on 17 June 2025. Email should reference Sources Sought Notice N6426725Q5042 in the subject line.

The information requested will assist the Government in determining the appropriate acquisition method, including whether a small business, socioeconomic set-aside, competitive or non-competitive method is possible, and to determine the availability of qualified companies technically capable of meeting the Government's requirement. All organizations with the capability and availability to perform the requirement under the applicable NAICS code are invited to submit a response to this notice.
