If awarded the project. Provide FBI & BCI background checks by April 1, 2026 of everyone that will be on site.

The project consists of a full depth removal of the existing running track and associated track surfaces for field events and replacing it with a new running track surface. A new discus area is also being proposed in the grass area behind the home bleachers. Minor electrical and tech upgrades (PA system, data drop for WAP and Huddle Camera, etc.) are also included as a part of this project.

Due to the inclement weather proposed for Friday, January 23, 2026, the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Walk is being rescheduled for Tuesday, January 27th, 2026, at 1:00 PM. The Pre-Bid Meeting will be held at Glenville High School located at 650 East 113th Street, Cleveland, OH 44108. Immediately following the Pre-Bid Meeting, a Site Walk-Thru will be held at Bump Taylor Field located at 11109 Durant Avenue, Cleveland, OH 44108, as weather permits.
