The scope of work includes but not limited to repair of Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system. The work includes architectural work, mechanical work, electrical work, and abatement of material containing lead (MCL)/paint with lead (PWL). The work also includes related work defined as temporary work and relevant work required to accomplish the project, which must include restoration, repair, and replacement of existing work and conditions damaged by the Contractors operations to equal or better conditions. This work does not include unforeseen site conditions.
