RFQ #25-012 Paratransit Facility Electrification Planning & Design Services for the PVTA Paratransit O&M Facility located at 2840 Main Street, Springfield MA 01107. The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of design services to support the conversion of PVTA's gas-powered paratransit van fleet to battery electric vehicles.
