General Services Administration (GSA) seeks to lease the following space:

From the intersection of N Valley Road and Thorpe

Road, traveling northeast on Thorpe Road, turning

right and traveling southeast on Del Rey Boulevard,

turning left and traveling east on Settlers Pass,

continuing north on Settlers Pass, turning right and

traveling east on Dos Vistas Avenue, continuing

northeast on Arena Drive, turning right and traveling

east on Las Colinas Drive to the intersection of Las

Colinas Drive and Sonoma Ranch Boulevard.

Eastern Boundary:

From the intersection of Las Colinas Drive and

Sonoma Ranch Boulevard, traveling south on

Sonoma Ranch Boulevard, turning left and traveling

east on Dripping Springs Road to the intersection of

Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility,

seismic, and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced

lease is required. Offered space shall not be in the 1-percent-annual chance

floodplain (formerly referred to as “500-Year” floodplain).

Entities are advised to familiarize themselves with the telecommunications

prohibitions outlined under Section 889 of the FY19 National Defense

Authorization Act (NDAA), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition
