Drug & Alcohol Treatment Services

Project Description: The SCA is issuing this request for proposal (RFP) to purchase the following Drug and Alcohol Services for adults and adolescents who qualify for county funded drug and alcohol services:
A. Clinical Outpatient Services: Intensive Outpatient/Outpatient
B. Case Management
C. Recovery Support Services
This request is being issued to meet the substance use outpatient, case management, and recovery support needs in the four regions of Montgomery County: Western (Region 1), North Central (Region 2), Central (Region 3), and Eastern (Region 4). Bidders may apply to provide services for one or more regions within this RFP, if they meet eligibility and programmatic requirements (See exhibit A for a map of regions). Organizations are expected to demonstrate a commitment to Montgomery County’s recovery vision, principles, and practices aimed at supporting individuals living in the community. The target population is Montgomery County adults and adolescents with substance use treatment and recovery support needs, who qualify for county funded services.
