Description

This is a Major Works contract offered for performance of the upgrade of 3.7km of the Shelter Bay Forest Service Road (FSR) and the development of adjacent gravel sources in the Cascadia operating area of the Columbia Zone Field Team, BCTS Okanagan-Columbia Business Area.

The purpose of this contract is to improve the condition of Shelter Bay FSR for industrial use for current and future timber development in the BCTS Okanagan-Columbia Cascadia Operating Area. The project area for upgrade will cover from 10.3km to 14km of Shelter Bay FSR, with material sourcing from 10.3 to 18.5km.

A Bid Security is required for this contract, supplied at the time of tender, and to the standards outlined in Section 6.0 of the Conditions of Tender.

The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted.
