RFP 2025-1000-0297 As Needed Mobile Food Services for Wildland Fire Operations
PURPOSE
The Department of Natural Resources, Division of Forestry & Fire Protection, is seeking competitive
proposals from qualified contractors to provide mobile food services on an as-needed basis. These services
will support personnel during wildfire and other "all hazards" incidents.
BID SUBMITTAL
Bids must be received no later than 2:00 PM Alaska Time on 03/21/2025 , via email to madelyn.lowe@alaska.gov, or mailed/hand delivered to DNR/DOF 101 Airport Rd. Palmer, AK 99645. Responses received after this date and time will be considered non-responsive and will be rejected.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you receive this solicitation from the State's Online Public Notice website, you must register with the DNR Procurement Section to receive subsequent amendments. Registration must be in writing and may be made via email to madelyn.lowe@alaska.gov.
