10.1.24 - OMH issues IFB: OMH01-C202396-3650520 for BMS PM at Rochester PC

The NYS Office of Mental Health’s Rochester Psychiatric Center (RPC) is seeking to procure, through an Invitation for Bid (IFB), a Contractor to provide Preventive Maintenance for Building Management System (BMS) and Ancillary Equipment, for their facility located at: 1111 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620

The Program Work Plan with Preventative Maintenance Tasks, Equipment List, Schedule Matrix, etc. is located in Appendix D of the Contract Boilerplate. Interested Vendors should review the Contract Boilerplate and IFB document for further information. Included with these documents is a Bid Quote Sheet in Excel format that should be used to submit your bid.

A Mandatory site visit is scheduled for Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at 11a ET . A Facility Map is included here. Directions are available at the OMH website http://www.omh.ny.gov – type “directions” at search option, hit go. Interested bidders are to sign in at: Work Control Center, Bldg. 45 at 1111 Elmwood Avenue, Rochester, NY 14620 . Only those vendors who attend will be eligible to bid.

Questions from bidders attending the site visit are to be submitted by Thursday, October 24 by 3 PM ET per the instructions in the IFB. Questions and Answers will be posted to the NY CR Ad, as well as sent to all bidders attending the site visit by October, 31 2024.

Bids are due no later than 3 PM ET on Thursday, November 14, 2024.
