Description: SUNY Potsdam and SUNY Canton are soliciting bids from qualified vendors for bus transportation for the intercollegiate athletic program. The contract will be for a two- and one-half year period (2 1/2) beginning on January 1, 2025. All terms and conditions shall be in accordance with the bid documents provided in this advertisement. Details are included in the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB). All questions are due via email on Friday, October 11, 2024, via email. All responses to questions will be provided via an addendum in this posting on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Interested vendors MUST submit a letter of intent to bid no later than Wednesday, October 16, 2024, to cobbsm@potsdam.edu Bids are due on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 3:00 pm.
