Project Description: The purpose of this RFP is to develop a combination of affordable and market rate housing at 1408 and 1412 N. English Station Rd, Louisville KY 40223, transforming an underutilized property into safe, affordable, and quality housing. This housing development is a key component in the Louisville Metro Government’s (LMG) My Louisville Home plan, a comprehensive housing strategy to create and preserve 15,000 units of affordable housing by 2027
