Project Description: The State of Utah Division of Purchasing is the Issuing and Conducting Procurement Unit
The purpose of this RFP is to enter into multiple contracts to provide: Hazardous Material Courier Services primarily in the Eastern part of the
State of Utah.
This RFP may result in multiple awards. Vendors' technical proposal must score at least 455 out of 700 points to advance to the cost evaluation, and vendors must achieve a combined total score of at least 650 out of 1,000 points to be eligible for an award.
Length of Contract: The contract resulting from this RFP will be for FIVE (5) years.
Vendor must guarantee its pricing for ONE (1) Year.
Administrative Fee: 0.00%.
