The Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh is requesting proposals from a construction management and inspection firm to oversee the Swisshelm Park Solar Remediation Project, including remediation and site grading, in the 14th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh in Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, between Interstate 376 (Parkway East) and Monongahela River.
The remediation and construction work includes, but is not limited to, mobilization, site security, site access preparation, construction layout and construction quality assurance testing and inspection, erosion and sedimentation control, limited site clearing and tree removal, earthwork and grading, remediation, reclamation, and vegetation/landscaping.
The work is anticipated to be completed in nine consecutive calendar months from the issue of the Notice to Proceed.
