The URA will receive bids from qualified contractors for remediation and site grading of the Swisshelm Park Solar Remediation Project site — located in the 14th ward of the City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, between Interstate 376 (Parkway East) and the Monongahela River — and all work incidental thereto required to complete the Swisshelm Park Solar remediation.
The contract includes remediation of approximately 15 acres in the Swisshelm Park neighborhood of the City of Pittsburgh. This development is being referred to as “Swisshelm Park Solar Remediation,” (also known as Summerset at Frick Park Phase 3 Remediation).
Contract documents will be available after 2:00 PM on Monday, September 30, 2024, on Ion Wave.
Site Visit: A pre-bid meeting will be held in person on site on Tuesday, October 15, 2024.
Bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Tuesday, November 8, 2024.
Bids will be accepted no later than 2:00 PM prevailing time on Friday, November 8, 2024. Bids will only be accepted through Ion Wave.
