RFP25-020 AI Facility Management Suite

Project Description: Ogden School District (the “District” or “OSD”) is accepting proposals from qualified, reputable firms that can provide an AI-driven facility management software suite. The AI-powered facility management software will save the district capital and operating expenses, while also enhancing the district's ability to manage facilities that meet the specifications listed below. Bids will be evaluated, and each requirement will be assigned a score. An emphasis will be placed on the software’s technical capabilities, the firm's ability to adapt to district needs, initial costs, licensing costs, yearly maintenance costs, and support costs.
This RFP is designed to provide interested parties with sufficient basic information to submit proposals meeting the minimum requirements, but it is not intended to limit a proposal’s content or exclude any relevant proposal. Respondents are at liberty and are encouraged to expand upon the specifications to evidence service capability under any agreement.
