THIS IS A FORMAL REQUEST FOR BID. Non-electronic and e-mail responses WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. The response must be submitted in the Supplier Portal no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details.
The State of Minnesota (State) is seeking to purchase two (2) 60HP Suzuki VF60ATL5 or DNR approved comparable outboard motors to be installed on boats; 2011 Clark V Jon Electrofishing boat and a 2015 Clark Durasport Mod no later than June 30, 2025. These motors will be used for general fisheries sampling work on area lakes and electrofishing on area lakes and rivers. Contract Vendor must be within 60 miles of 16543 Haven Road, Little Falls, MN 56345-6401
The Contractor(s) must be able to provide the motors listed in Exhibit C of the Contract document. The State reserves the right to use any Contract that may result from this Solicitation.
SUBMITTING QUESTIONS. Questions from prospective Responders regarding this solicitation must be submitted in writing to sheri.karpenko@state.mn.us no later than April 28, 2025, 2:00 PM CT. All questions received by the cutoff date and time will be responded to via an addendum. Contact regarding this solicitation with any State personnel other than the Buyer listed above may result in rejection of the response.
